Remote Coaching 


We live in a fantastic time where we can work together remotely via Zoom!

If you are someone who wants accountability, isn't comfortable, training on their own, or needs a form check, this will be your best option. 

Sessions are 60 minutes long and designed to cover: 
  • Prep: A specific warm-up for your training session. 
  • Practice: Work toward a specific skill for that session.  
  • Play: Have fun moving your body and exploring specific skills. 
  • Push: Strength and conditioning work. 
  • Stretch: Stretching to target specific areas used in your session. 
  • Ponder: How did the session go? What were the big takeaways? What is your homework in between our next meeting together? 


The first phase of coaching will start with an assessment call.  I will screen you and design a specific program designed for your goals, injury history, and equipment available.
  • All assessment calls are 30-minutes. We will chat about your goals and I will perform a movement screen to aid in the development of your personalized training program.

After the assessment, I will take 1-2 business days to design a personalized training plan. We will meet weekly, based on availability, for 60-minute remote training sessions.



 

Go At Your Own Pace

Don't have the time to schedule a zoom call to train? No worries!  If you are someone who is experienced with training and feels comfortable on your own this might be just what you are looking for.  πŸ€™πŸ½

Programs are 4 weeks long and are focused on working toward one goal - getting your body moving and ready to go do the important things in life. 

Sessions are designed with your time availability in mind. 

What's included?

  • Program adjustments (based on your progress)
  • Video check-in via e-mail. 
  • Daily e-mail support. 

Nutrition Coaching 


Take the guesswork out of your nutrition and learn how to get your diabetes under control.  Learn how to make small changes that yield long-lasting results and help lower your A1C through plant-based nutrition

Enjoy what you eat and no longer fall trap to the 
Diet Cycle. 
We will work together to build a set of skills that you can use, no matter what life throws your way. 

How it works:

We will meet via Zoom and discuss your goals, relationship with food, and how it affects your diabetes.  

Together we will work on forming a game plan to tackle any obstacles and get you closer to your goal.  

What you will learn:
  • Weekly Habits/Skills to practice daily.  
  • Weekly Zoom check-in calls diving into detail about what you are working on and how to make adjustments along the way.  
  • New ways to approach cooking 😊

A minimum of 12 weeks is necessary for Nutrition Coaching.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be diabetic to train with you? 

No, I am open to working with anyone who wants to make a change. The critical question to ask yourself is: What is one change you can make today and how can working with Motion McMahon Fitness help you get one step closer to your goal. 

I am not currently a vegan or vegetarian. Can you still help me with my nutrition?

Yes! Not everyone is going to be ready for making a big switch; however, having an open mind and trying new things is a part of coaching with me.  If that sounds like something, you are ready for let's work together! If it seems too overwhelming, maybe we aren't a good fit right now, and that is ok.  πŸ˜€

What is the commitment?

Each training package offers something different, but for the most part, a minimum of 12 weeks working together is required. It takes time to develop habits, and while I do provide accountability, I can't offer a long-lasting change in less than three months. There are no quick fixes here.  πŸ™ƒ

What currency are prices, and how is payment taken?

All training and nutrition programs are in USD.  Payment is taken with Paypal.  It is secure and internationally recognized. 

 
Do you ever coach in person? 

At this moment in time, all coaching is online and won't be changing anytime in the near future.  As a plus, I will be with you every step of the way in your fitness journey. 

How do we communicate?

You will be expected to communicate with me weekly through e-mail. You can submit any questions and videos from your training sessions in email too. 

If we are working together on nutrition we will have weekly Zoom calls in addition to e-mail communication. 

All communication will be performed over email. Facebook messenger and text message are best avoided as email gives a clear line of communication for us both.

Do I offer any sort of guarantee? 

Yes.  All of my programs and coaching come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. I stand behind my programming and the services I provide.
